Can development costs be paid in installments?
Yes, payment is staged by project size: small projects are 50% deposit + 50% on completion; mid-size projects split into three payments (30%/40%/30%); larger system builds can split into four or five payments tied to development milestones.
What ongoing costs are there after launch?
Mainly hosting, roughly NT$250–3,000+/month depending on scale, covering cloud compute, SSL, and daily backups. Third-party services (payment gateways, SMS, LINE Official Account fees) are billed as used; after the warranty period, ongoing maintenance is available as a monthly plan.
Is it a hassle to change requirements mid-project?
Scope is locked once the design phase is confirmed to keep development on track; major changes go through a Change Request to assess impact and cost. Small adjustments that don't touch the database schema (copy tweaks, layout tweaks) are usually quick and low-cost to handle.
