Price gaps come from three places. First, template versus custom build: templates save development hours but you pay later in performance and security. Second, whether there is an in-house engineering team: subcontracting adds a margin layer and distorts requirements in transit. Third, whether the quote includes an admin panel at all. We itemise quotes so you can see what each line does and why it costs what it costs, rather than issuing one bundled figure. Brand sites run NT$35,000–75,000; corporate sites with an admin panel run NT$50,000–150,000.
Yes, after a technical assessment. If the existing site runs on Laravel, Astro or Vue, takeover cost is predictable. If it is WordPress with heavy plugin customisation, we will usually be honest that you should price up a rebuild, because modifying someone else’s plugin stack is often more expensive and less stable than starting again. Either way you receive a written technical assessment of the current state, whether or not we end up working together.
We come to you. The Banqiao office is about 20 minutes from central Taipei, so requirements workshops, pitch presentations and acceptance reviews can all happen at your office in Xinyi, Zhongshan, Da’an, Neihu or Nangang. A typical rhythm: one in-person requirements workshop to set direction, an online progress board and video check-ins during the build, then one more in-person session for acceptance and training.
Baseline technical SEO is included in the development fee: per-page title, description and canonical tags, Open Graph, JSON-LD structured data, auto-generated sitemap.xml, hreflang for multilingual routing, and Astro SSR so that both search engines and AI crawlers receive complete HTML. What is not included is ongoing content and keyword work — monthly articles, link building and similar. That is a marketing function; we can scope it separately or refer a partner.
